Individual service options cover a wide range; including simple consultations examining what's possible, to planning and forecasting, as well as comprehensive project management from idea to completion.
Our services span virtually everything found within and outside of the home - from complete interior/exterior architectural design of new and existing homes, to selecting historically appropriate paint colors, moldings, interior/exterior doors and windows, hardware, and furniture, to the sourcing of hardwoods, stone, and traditional building materials honoring the home’s original character.

Preservation & Restoration
Architectural historic preservation is a meaningful practice that protects the stories, craftsmanship, and cultural identity embedded in older homes. At Lewis, this work is guided by careful research, skilled craftsmanship, and a deep respect for original design. The team is committed to restoring historic houses in ways that honor their authenticity, character, and long-term value.
New Construction
New residential construction should embody timeless elegance while responding thoughtfully to its surroundings. Whether situated within a historic district or part of a vibrant emerging neighborhood, a home designed by Lewis is rooted in a strong sense of place and reflects the enduring architectural traditions that came before it.
Renovation
A successful remodel or addition involves far more than surface-level improvements — it requires a careful understanding of the home’s original architecture and the ability to integrate new work in a way that feels natural and cohesive. Whether working with a Georgian home, a Greek Revival residence, or a Tudor-style building, our team approaches each project with close attention to proportion, materials, and detail, ensuring the new work complements the existing structure while preserving its architectural integrity.
Option One: Consultations
Your initial consult is complimentary. Includes a 1-2 hour in-person, phone, video, or teleconference call with the homeowner(s) and an intensive review of existing plans, current photos or drawings, and receiving direct input, direction, and recommendations regarding future planning and forecasting.
* This option does not include any drawings, renderings, or deliverables (though for a nominal fee, these may be included).
Option Two: Project Planning & Forecasting
This package is designed for homeowners who are ready to evaluate next steps beyond an initial consultation and want a clearer understanding of what a project could realistically entail. Here, we'll help translate broad ideas into an actionable framework — outlining potential work, assessing feasibility, and identifying constraints or opportunities early in the process. This phase includes 3D architectural and design renderings to add clarity around aesthetics, timing, approvals, budgeting considerations, and the professional resources required to move forward with the project.
Option Three: Comprehensive Project Management
Option three includes complete project planning, scoping, direction, and advisement services. The project begins with all of the services offered with option one and two; and extends throughout the duration of the project, including routine in-person visits to the site on a regular cadence to assist with project development, regularly updating project plans and deliverables, meeting and collaborating with architects, contractors, and developers, and serving as liaison for the client. This service is comprehensive and lasts the duration of the project, from inception to completion.
Please note* If you select option I or II, but would then like to add additional services, you may opt at any time to upgrade to Option III. Timelines vary per project and depend on deliverables requested.
